Refund & Return Policy
At PrintsEra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened cartridges or toners
- Customized or special order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@printsera.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or version, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange approvals depend on stock availability.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable courier service.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellation is not guaranteed.
