At PrintsEra, we're committed to delivering your products quickly, securely, and affordably across the United States. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Delivery Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories using trusted national couriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM (ET) will be processed the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
4. Shipping Charges
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.
Orders under $75 incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your PrintsEra account to track your order status at any time.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@printsera.com. We'll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international requests, please email our team for special arrangements.
